Maria coaches and trains business leaders to enhance their executive presence and to communicate with more impact.

One of her areas of expertise is to help people use their voice and body language to convey credibility and to influence and inspire others.


Maria has background in singing and performance, and has also had a successful career in international business. In her current work, she blends her skills and experience from these two worlds to bring out the best in her clients.


Most of Maria’s work is with large companies such as PwC, Cargill, Caterpillar, Cisco, Nestlé and O-I. She also regularly runs sessions in programs at IMD Business School.
