This year was my 15th in business.

Over this time my business has evolved and grown significantly. But looking back, I think it’s perhaps myself who has grown, and therefore my business along with me.

I remember my ‘Why’ when I started, was simply to be able to ‘keep my hand in’ while I took a career break to raise my 5-month-old baby. That baby is about to turn 16 and has recently started her own career in finance!

As we come to the end of the year, I started reflecting on how my year has gone. Which prompted me to also start reflecting on my biggest lessons from the last 15 years.

Believing that knowledge is only powerful when shared, I thought here on the Driven Female Entrepreneur Podcast (soon to be rebranded: The Art of Value Whispering) is the perfect place to share these lessons.

As you can imagine, I've learned a LOT over the last 15 years. So I've divided my lessons over two episodes.

Today, I'll be sharing my biggest insights and advice for getting things done and staying sane - so you can have an impact that you become known for and feel proud of.
