Everything You Need to Know About Being a Guest on the Art of Value Whispering Podcast

Have you ever dreamed of sharing your story and expertise with thousands of thoughtful, heart-led entrepreneurs?

If so, thank you! It means a lot that you’d consider joining me on The Art of Value Whispering podcast.

Each week on the show, I offer my insights and interview business owners and thought-leaders who are building businesses their own way — often as introverts — and who have lessons worth sharing with my global community of listeners.

The Art of Value Whispering has been ranked in the top 2% of global podcasts, and frequently appears on lists of the top podcasts for Female Entrepreneurs.

Previous guests have included: Mike Michalowicz, Julie Reisler, Teresa Heath-Waring, Bob Burg, John Lee Dumas, Jennifer Kahnweiler, Louise Brogan, Kennedy, Andrew and Pete and more than 250 more.

While I personally invite many of my guests, I’m also open to new voices and fresh perspectives. If you’re wondering whether you’d be a good fit, here’s everything you need to know before applying.

Like with any platform, I do have clear criteria. Not to be fussy (promise!) but because I want the show to serve my audience in the most valuable way possible.

With a maximum of 30 guests per year, before you pitch, take a moment to review the qualities I look for in an Art of Value Whispering podcast guest so you can ensure that in your pitch, your most relevant expertise shines through.

1. You’re already a fan of the show

The best conversations come from people who truly understand the heartbeat of the podcast. That means you’ve listened to at least two episodes and left a review on Apple podcasts or Spotify. This ensures you get the rhythm of the show and the type of conversations that resonate with our listeners.

2. You have one clear, valuable topic (ideally with a framework)

Listeners love structure and clarity. If you have a single strong topic — ideally with a framework or process behind it — it makes it much easier for people to understand, apply, and remember your message.

3. Your expertise aligns with the Value Whispering approach

I’m looking for subjects and marketing experts whose approach complements the Value Whispering philosophy that you don't have to be loud or work 24/7 to have a profitable and impactful business. If you haven’t yet, you can watch my TEDx talk for context.

Your insights should help introverted entrepreneurs sell, market and grow their businesses in proven ways that feel natural, authentic and human.

4. You speak directly to big-hearted introverted business owners

This podcast is designed for European-based service providers — many of them introverted women growing businesses on their own. If your advice is relevant and gives them confidence, clarity or practical tools that can be implemented without a large team, you could be a great fit.

5. You speak from experience

Experience matters. So I ask that all my guests have been in business for a minimum of five years. My listeners value wisdom from people who’ve lived the ups and survived the downs of business, not just studied them.

If you’re willing to talk openly about your journey — the wins, the challenges, and the lessons learned — then your story is likely to inspire my podcast listeners.

7. You’re eager to share generously

Guests who make the biggest impact are those willing to share their best insights openly — and who also share their episode with their own community (ideally of 5,000+). This way, your story and advice inspire not just my listeners, but yours too.

8. You’re available during CET working hours

Simple but important. Podcast recordings happen during European office hours, so please make sure that’s workable for you.

A few extra notes

Topic fit matters. With limited guest slots, I can’t repeat themes too often. If you’re not a fit this year, it doesn’t mean “never.”

Diversity matters. I value a wide range of voices and perspectives on the show.

I don't interview: business coaches, anyone in real estate, or those whose expertise comes from large business.

Ready to apply?

If this sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you. You can complete the following Value Whispering Podcast Guest Application Form to get started. Please note we are a small team and we review the dozens of applications we receive each week, monthly. Therefore you are unlikely to receive a fast response.

I look forward to hearing from you. Your story could be exactly what another introverted entrepreneur needs to hear.
