In this episode of the Driven Female Entrepreneur Podcast, I speak with Ellen Kocher, the founder of Whealthness, and the author of “Wake-Up, Shake-Up, Thrive! How to Lift Up Your Life in Your 50’s and Beyond”.For nine-years Ellen worked for one of the large accounting firms, followed by another nine years at Weight Watchers as a corporate weight-loss coach. But when she realised that the message she was giving around weight loss was not really addressing the core issues her clients were facing, she decided to start out on her own.

This move enabled her to fill the gap in a way that she felt would get the most meaningful and lasting results for her clients. She has followed this path ever since, gaining more education and experience and building her tribe along the way, so she can support ever greater numbers of people on an impactful level.

Ellen now teaches and assists others to achieve their nutrition, fitness, health, and well-being objectives by making positive, simple, and long-term lifestyle changes. Some of which she shares with you in this episode. She has empowered hundreds of individuals and groups in dozens of organisations throughout the world to go from knowing what to do to actually doing it!

Master’s Degree in Health & Wellness Coaching, ICF PCC, NBC-HWC, Health and Mindful Eating Coach, Co-Leader ICF Community of Practice. Educated in the USA, she has lived in Switzerland for over 30 years. Following 10 years as an Executive in Finance, Ellen made some major lifestyle changes and has dedicated the past 20+ years to nutrition and holistic workplace wellness. Most recently Ellen’s work focuses on the 50+ demographic, including her recently released book “Wake-Up, Shake-Up, Thrive! How to Lift Up Your Life in Your 50’s and Beyond.”
