Penny’s fascination with systems and processes began in childhood when she became captivated by the precision of processes of the machines in her father’s factory.

When she wrote a tutorial on hot wire cutting at college, inspired by her factory experience, her teacher suggested a career in technical writing, setting her on a path that evolved into journalism, quality management, and eventually business documentation.

Today, she helps franchisors, licensors, and multi-site business operators craft top-tier Operations Manuals that drive efficiency and success. And has started to see just how powerful processes can be for streamlining small businesses too.
