Maeve's journey is a familiar one to many entrepreneurs. After a successful career in financial services in London, running marathons, and travelling the world, Maeve caught a virus that had a dramatic impact on her health, and changed the course of her life.


At her lowest point, Maeve decided that when she recovered, she would do things differently. She left corporate and set up her own business, retraining as an executive coach specialising in burnout coaching due to her personal experience.


Despite having many clients, Maeve found herself miserable and quickly realised that a one-to-one coaching model was not scalable. She focused on working smarter and developing systems and automation that allow her to protect her energy and health, and prevent another relapse. She’s found quizzes to be one of the best ways to do this for her lead generation and marketing. 


Now, Maeve's focus is on building a scalable business model and working with her team to help more people. Her approach prioritises systemization and automation to avoid burnout and ensure sustainable growth.
