Renee's entrepreneurial journey began at 17 when she and her sister opened a restaurant. They soon realised the reality of long hours and hard work, but managed to run a successful seasonal business, learning about time management and delegation along the way.

However, she faced various challenges in her entrepreneurial pursuits. Hiring employees brought complexities, including hiring friends and acquaintances. She later experienced burnout, lawsuits, and the departure of her business partner, leading her to navigate the overwhelming responsibility of managing the company alone. Despite these obstacles, her resilience and determination pushed her to find a better path.

Now, Renee inspires female entrepreneurs through We Wild Women. She helps them gain media attention, build brand recognition, and have a greater impact using storytelling and strategic PR. Renee equips women with the tools to navigate the media landscape, crafting compelling narratives and establishing authentic connections. Her mission is to empower women on their entrepreneurial journeys.
