Show Notes

In this episode of the Driven Female Entrepreneur Podcast, I speak with Michelle Rockwood, founder of Unscripted Sales and the bestselling author of Joyful Selling.

Michelle never planned to be a coach or teach people how to sell. Her unexpected path began while working for a coach training company, where she excelled at selling their coaching services. Despite her initial reluctance, Michelle achieved remarkable success in this role.

However, her thriving sales career was shadowed by anxiety. When asked to speak at a 10-minute live event, her anxiety peaked, leading her to take a sleeping pill for a restful night. However, she needn't have worried, the audience loved her talk and were queuing out of the door to listen to her wisdom!

With firsthand experience in the struggles of heart-centred coaches and service providers, Michelle possesses the ability to guide them towards success.

Now, having hosted more than 600 sales conversations, Michelle empowers mission-driven coaches, transforming their businesses and lives with her sales methods. She has also written the book: "Joyful Selling" to share her knowledge further.

Don't miss this episode as we explore Michelle's journey from accidental sales coach to transforming lives. Her unique, aligned, and feminine sales approach will revolutionise your perception of selling.

“Approach sales conversations with curiosity and feminine energy to uncover the truth and support prospects in identifying their struggles, dreams, and needs.” - Michelle Rockwood

Highlights:

In this value-packed episode you’ll learn:

  • Why it's important to leverage constraints and get creative.
  • How to tap into a feminine sales energy and create a powerful, aligned sales approach.
  • An easy way to approach sales conversations by focusing on decision-making instead of problem-solving.
  • What the Five Steps to Choice is.
  • How to avoid the ‘friend zone’ in sales conversations.
  • Why it's crucial to celebrate objections during the sales conversations.

...and so much more!

“There's nothing yucky or gross about gently addressing someone's pain and showing them how your work can transform their life.” - Michelle Rockwood
